Weigh Out Ministries
Chauncey grew up in Southern California where he experienced a lifestyle revolving around gangs, violence, drugs, and immorality. Although he choose to rebel against the Lord by choosing this lifestyle, God in His mercy began to move in Chauncey’s heart and through His grace brought him to the point of complete surrender. In 2013 God called Chauncey to Colorado to begin a new journey. Since being in Colorado Chauncey has answered the call to full time ministry with Calvary Worship Center as the prison ministry/inner-city outreach pastor and has also formed a non-profit domestic missions organization with his wife Jen, called WeighOut ministries. In 5 yrs he has established relationships with city officials, local churches, faith-based/city organizations, local schools, and adult/youth facilities and has made a tremendous impact in the lives of those in Colorado Springs communities. Chauncey has a passionate and compassionate heart for the disadvantaged communities and strongly believe in the power of transformation through relationships. Our vision is to see a vibrant community that’s thriving because everyone is valued, faith is exemplified and resources are made available to be successful.

Rocky Mountain Calvary Church
I realized at a young age that the Lord was calling me to reach those without Christ. Through teachings at Applegate Christian Fellowship and Calvary Bible College, God began to equip me for a life of ministry. In March 2000, I accepted a permanent position with Rocky Mountain Calvary that grew into overseeing and ministering to both teenagers and young adults. After five years of service, I was offered the position of senior pastor. I believe the Lord’s house should be one of prayer and that the Bible should be taught verse-by-verse. This allows God’s word to challenge and encourage us to walk in obedience. My desire is to lead by example, to be a disciple and make disciples, and to share God’s loving kindness. I have been married to my beautiful wife, Amber, for 10+ years and we have four children, Hannah, Adelyn, Ileanne and Wyatt.

He finds rest and rejuvenation with his wife, usually exploring the mountains and eating good food.

New City Church
Zach claims to be the poster child of “It takes a village.” He is the product of the generosity of multiple godly men that took the discipleship and development of an emerging leader seriously. After growing up in a toxic environment and becoming a Christian in high school, he immediately got connected to Alan and began leading in different ministries. Zach and his wife Kristin planted New City Church in the urban center of downtown Lexington, KY and currently serves as a regional coach and consultant for the Christian and Missionary Alliance. After experiences in planting multiple churches, cross-cultural ministry overseas, and serving in a mega-church context, Zach has become more and more convinced that his purpose is to develop healthy, sustainable, and effective leaders. He especially takes joy in walking young leaders through the first years of ministry and has a unique passion to walk with those with significant hurt or experiences with moral failure.
Zach and his community celebrate “passing the ball” to many emerging leaders that will plant or renovate expressions of the Church all over their region.
He has a blast being married to Kristin and loves being a dad to his daughter Eden. If he isn’t asking a young leader hard questions over a fancy pour-over coffee or a craft beer, he is probably watching or playing soccer, reading, or checking out a new restaurant with friends.

Music Artist/World Challenge
Cory’s story is a testimony of what God can do through someone who is willing to allow the Spirit to use them. He grew up in Colorado Springs, raised in the troubled background of gangs, sex, drugs, and a long list of violence. In the midst of being one of the leaders of a local gang with more than 200 members, he realized that if his life didn’t drastically change, it would only be a matter of time before he would be dead or in jail. Since coming to Christ he has been a catalyst in seeing God move in the city of Colorado Springs and beyond through outreach and evangelism. Seeing hundreds come to know Christ through outreaches he has led, or have been apart of, it’s evident he is an evangelist at heart. Cory is also a singer, songwriter, and Christian rapper. In his free time, he likes to spend time with his beautiful and talented wife, Ryann Darling, making music, and hanging out with friends and family.
